Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 5,107,671.233 VND/bond.
+ Principal: 100,000,000 VND/bond
Bond interest is calculated according to the formula: 100,000,000 VND x 10.3% x 181/365 days  rounded to 3dps
+ The actual bond interest received by bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5 then the fractional will be removed)
- Payment date: 11/05/2026 (Since the interest payment date of 10/05/2026 is not a working day, Securities Registering Institution will make the payment on the next working day.)
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest and principal at the depository members where they opened depository accounts.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited: Interest will be paid to the account that the bondholder registered with BECAMEX INVESTMENT AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT GROUP on 11/05/2026
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC email).  In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs  are requested to send VSDC the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 24/04/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
