Regarding cancellation of bond registration VHM12304 Hanoi, October 10, 2025 To: Hanoi Stock Exchange Depository members Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces the cancellation of bond registration of the registering organization as follows:

From 17/10/2025, bond code VHM12304, ISIN VN0VHM123047 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for VHM12304 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited VHM12304 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited VHM12304 bonds from investors' accounts on 17/10/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
