+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive cash dividends at Industrial Construction and Mechanical Joint Stock Company (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays from Monday to Saturday) starting from September 16, 2025. ID cards have to be presented or payment confirmation documents via bank account according to the Company's form have to be sent directly to the shareholder's registered address.
