Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:12 (shareholders are entitled to 12 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of share received will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal  fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: shareholder A who owns 47,999 shares are entitled to receive 5,759.88 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 5,759 shares, the 0.88 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Bich Chi Food Company, no.45x1 Nguyen Sinh Sac, ward 2, Sa Dec city, Dong Thap province on working days. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
