+ Approval of reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), CEO on 2024 governance and business results; 2025 activity direction
+ Approval of report by the independent BOD on 2024 activities
+ Approval of 2024 financial statements
+ Approval of 2024 report by the Supervisory Board
+ Approval of 2025 profit allocation plan
+ Approval of selecting an auditing company for 2025 financial statements
+ Approval of the election of the BOD and Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
2. Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 14%/share (VND1,400 per share).

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Office of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company, no.11B, Ngo Van Tri road, Phu Loi ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province (on working days or on weekdays from Monday to Friday) from 02/07/2025. ID cards or passport have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 14/02/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
