According to Document No. 0518A/CV-ADG dated 18th May 2022 of Clever Group Corporation (securities code: ADG) as regards cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 1st March 2022, in accordance with Notice no. 314/TB-VSD dated 10th February 2022 by VSD.
Reason: Clever Group Corporation needs more time to prepare meeting materials
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited ADG shares at DMs.
