TVN: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 457a/TB-VNS dated 18th May 2020 of Viet Nam Steel Corporation regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of TVN shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 6th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 242/TB-VSD dated 10th February 2020.
Reason for cancellation: due to the global outbreak and complicated situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam as well as implementation of the recommendations by the Ministry of Health on restricting mass gatherings
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
